This is the current view of the old hotel and creamery.  The Speakeasy Bar & Grill will be doubled in size of the current creamery building and the remaining treed lots that go up to the large evergreen, will become a walled garden oasis for our bed & breakfast patrons' enjoyment.

The Seibert Hotel Bed and Breakfast will be an owner-occupied inn with eight guest rooms with private baths that will provide an experience of being in a small, elegant hotel during the Roaring Twenties.  Lodging, a full gourmet breakfast and a complimentary late afternoon cocktail hour come with that experience.

The B & B will be two stories with an additional lower level.  The main level will contain a lobby, parlor with a fireplace, dining room and powder room in the public area.  The private and semi-private areas will house the kitchen, office, laundry and owners' private quarters.  The second floor will have a library sitting area, a small kitchen and four guest rooms or suites.  Two additional guest rooms will be located on the lower level with a sitting area, small kitchen, and a second entrance.  Well-behaved dogs will be welcome in the two guest rooms on the lower level.   Children are welcome at the inn at any time.

The guest rooms will be named for famous people from the 1920s like:

  • Lord Carnarvon / King Tut Room - Eqyptian, British Colonial decor
  • Clara Bow's Hollywood Suite - Very romantic decor
  • Flo Ziegfeld Suite - New York & the Ziegfeld Follies
